200W Jewelry Laser Welding Machine
Products Description
The 200W jewelry laser welding machine adopts advanced welding technology, is easy to operate and has precise welding effects. This jewelry laser welding machine adopts YAG laser spot welding technology. It heats the surface of the workpiece through high-energy laser pulses, and the heat diffuses to the interior through heat conduction, forming a specific molten pool. It can not only weld precious metals such as gold and silver, but also other metal materials such as copper and aluminum. The jewelry welding machine offers a variety of welding modes to choose from, meeting the welding requirements of different types of jewelry.

Working Environment Requirements
Temperature and humidity
200W Jewelry Laser Marking Machine is recommended that the working environment temperature be maintained at 20°C to 25°C. Excessively high temperatures may affect the stability of the output power. Too low a temperature may damage precision optical components. The relative humidity should be controlled at 40% to 60%. Excessive humidity can easily lead to short circuits in circuits or corrosion of metal parts. Low humidity may interfere with the electronic system of the equipment.
Power stability and grounding protection
The equipment needs to be connected to a 220V±5% single-phase AC power supply and equipped with a voltage stabilizer or uninterruptible power supply to prevent voltage fluctuations from causing damage to the laser or control module. An independent grounding device must be installed to ensure operational safety and welding accuracy.
Ventilation and air cleanliness
During the welding process, trace amounts of metal vapor or dust may be produced. Special exhaust equipment should be configured to prevent contaminants from depositing on the optical lenses. The working area should be kept clean to prevent dust, fibers and other impurities from entering the laser head or guide rails. Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the internal filter screen with a lint-free cloth.
Spatial layout and security
At least 1 meter of operation and maintenance space should be reserved around the equipment to ensure convenient operation for personnel and unobstructed heat dissipation channels. Avoid direct strong light on the device's display screen or camera. Set up an independent working area, post laser warning signs, and operators need to wear special protective glasses.
Anti-vibration and noise management
The machine should be installed on a flat and stable workbench or ground, away from high-vibration equipment such as punch presses and grinders, to prevent optical path deviation caused by vibration. The noise of a laser welding machine during operation is usually below 75 decibels, but it is still recommended to use it in industrial plants to avoid noise interference with sensitive environments.
Personnel training and standardized operation
Operators need to receive professional training and be familiar with equipment parameter Settings, emergency shutdown procedures and daily maintenance methods.
The equipment is prohibited from being used in flammable and explosive environments. The welding area should be kept away from volatile chemicals such as alcohol and solvents.
