Working Environment Requirements
Constant Temperature and Dryness
The Precision 3D UV Laser Marking Regarding temperature, the recommended operating range for the equipment is 16°C to 28°C; it is advised that the workspace be equipped with an air conditioning system to ensure proper temperature control.
Regarding humidity, a range of 45% to 75% is recommended; the critical requirement is the absence of condensation, and issues related to high humidity can be resolved by installing a dehumidifier.
Power supply requirements and fluctuations
The power supply requirements are 220V and 50Hz, with a permissible grid fluctuation range of ±10%. In regions where voltage fluctuations exceed 5%, an electronic automatic voltage and current stabilization device must be installed. Furthermore, the power grid's ground connection must comply with international grounding standards; this is essential not only for safety but also to prevent electrostatic interference.
Signal
Avoid areas with strong magnetic fields whenever possible; the vicinity of the equipment must be free from significant electromagnetic signal interference. The installation site should not be located near radio transmission stations (or relay stations).
Foundation amplitude
Since the laser beam must be positioned with extreme precision on the workpiece surface for marking during operation, strict control of amplitude is required. Amplitude standard: less than 50 µm; vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g.
Dust-Free Equipment Environment
The area must be free of smoke and dust, and-in particular-kept strictly away from dust-generating processes such as metal polishing and grinding.
Air Pressure and Heat Dissipationt
It is recommended to maintain an air pressure environment within the range of 86 to 106 kPa. Additionally, ensure unimpeded heat dissipation for the device by leaving sufficient clearance in the surrounding area and avoiding direct exposure to external heat sources.
