Products Description

The bottle fiber  laser flying marking machine of our company adopts the most advanced laser pumping technology in the world. It directly generates high-energy photons from the laser pumping, causing a large number of particle beam reversals in the laser medium. Under the action of the Q-switch, a giant pulse laser with a wavelength of 1064nm is formed. Then, the marking activity is carried out through the optical scanning galvanometer and the "F-θ" mirror group under the control of the computer marking software program. Software control system The control software is independently developed by our company. It works on the Windows platform, is easy to operate and learn, and has powerful functions. It is compatible with file formats such as PLT and BMP output by software such as AutoCAD, Coreldraw, and Photoshop. It can mark patterns, barcodes, and Chinese and English characters. The product serial number (with automatic number skipping) can be directly used in the software in SHX and TTF fonts. The size, spacing and arrangement of characters can also be adjusted very conveniently.

 

 

Working Environment Requirements

 

 Air pressure of the bottle laser flying marking machine: 86-106kpa.

 

Power supply grid requirements: 220V; 50Hz.

The ambient temperature is required to be between 15 and 40℃.

The humidity requirement is 40%-80%. If there is no condensation, a dehumidifier should be installed.

Power supply grid fluctuation: ±5%, and the grid ground wire complies with international requirements. In areas where the voltage amplitude exceeds 5%, electronic automatic voltage and current stabilizing devices should be installed.

There should be no strong electromagnetic signal interference near the installed equipment. Avoid having radio transmission stations (or relay stations) around the installation site.

Foundation amplitude: less than 50 μ m; Vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid having a large number of stamping and other machine tools nearby.

The equipment space should be free of smoke and dust, and avoid working environments with severe dust such as metal polishing and grinding.

Anti-static floors and enhanced shielding should be installed in certain environments.

Installation And Debugging
