10mm Aperture Scan Head
10mm Aperture Scan Head
Products Description
10mm aperture scan head refers to the component within a laser engraving system that features a 10mm aperture size for the scanning mirrors. Scan heads, also known as galvanometer scanners or galvo-scanners, are responsible for accurately deflecting and directing the laser beam to create a desired marking or engraving pattern on a material by rapidly moving the mirrors with great precision.
In the context of a scan head with a 10mm aperture, a smaller aperture size typically means that the scanner can work at high speeds and provide increased accuracy, which is suitable for applications requiring intricate details and precise engravings. This type of aperture size is generally not meant to accommodate high-power lasers (which usually require larger apertures), making it better suited for lower-power engraving applications.
When selecting a laser engraving system, consider the size of the aperture based on the required engraving precision, complexity, working area, and laser power. A 10mm aperture scan head will perform well for intricate details in smaller work areas, but for larger-scale projects or those requiring high-power lasers, consider a larger aperture size.
10mm Aperture Scan Head is an optical distance sensor. It has CDD auto-positioning function, auto-correction function and rise and shrinkage compensation function. The laser cutting machine is a laser beam emitted from the laser, which is focused into a high power density laser beam by the optical path system. The laser beam is irradiated to the surface of the workpiece to make the workpiece reach the melting or boiling point.
10mm Aperture Scan Head has the characteristics of fast scanning speed, long depth of field and large scanning angle. It is excellent, robust and easy to operate. This scan head has extremely high simulation speed, low noise, high accuracy, and excellent temperature stability. Its light-transmitting mirror is made of special tempered material with smooth light transmission, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
