Fault 1: Laser intensity decreased, marking is not clear
The solution:
1 Whether the laser resonator changes; Fine tuning resonator lenses. Make the output light spot best;
2 acousto-optic crystal offset or acousto-optic power supply output energy is low; Adjust the position of acousto-optic crystal or increase the operating current of acousto-optic power supply;
3 The laser entering the galvanometer is off-center: adjust the laser;
4 If the current is adjusted to about 20A, the sensitivity is not enough: krypton lamp aging, replace the new lamp.
Fault 2: Krypton lamp does not trigger (refer to the NTP power supply manual)
The solution:
1 Check all power cables.
2 High voltage krypton lamp aging, replace the krypton lamp.
Precautions for operating laser marking machine
1 It is strictly prohibited to start the laser power supply and Q-switching power supply without water or abnormal water circulation;
2 Do not allow the power supply to work no-load (that is, the output end of the Q power supply is suspended);
3 Abnormal phenomenon, first turn off the galvanometer switch and key switch, and then check;
4 Do not allow to start other components before the krypton lamp is lit, to prevent high pressure into the damaged components;
5 Note that the output end of the laser power supply (anode) is suspended to prevent ignition and breakdown with other electrical appliances;
6 Keep the internal circulating water clean. Clean the tank regularly and replace it with clean deionized or pure water.
Daily maintenance
● After finishing work, make sure the floor is clean. Then clean the machine including the surface of the machine, the case of the optical system, the surface of the monitor, the work table, and so on.
● Please turn off each part and main power supply when they are clean.
● Check the lens regularly for dust. When it's clean, use the cotton wool with greater than 95% medical grade alcohol to wipe clockwise from the center of the lens. When you need to move the machine to avoid bumps. Check the connection cable according to the cable list.
