Fiber Continuous Laser source
1) Fiber laser source is mainly composed of pump source, coupler, rare earth-doped fiber, resonant cavity and other components.
The pump source is composed of one or more high-power laser diode arrays. The pump light emitted by it is coupled into the rare earth-doped fiber as the gain medium through a special pump structure, and the photons at the pump wavelength are absorbed by the doped fiber medium.
2) Tools
To clean the optical fiber connector, you need cleaning the following equipment:
a. Powder-free rubber gloves or finger cots
b. Lint-free fiber optic cleaning cloth and cotton swabs
c. Absolute ethanol, namely alcohol (optical grade, purity >99.5%)
Compressed air (no oil, no water)

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Inspection and cleaning of optical fiber connectors matters needing attention:
Before using the optical fiber connector of the laser, please check the clean state and degree of damage of the protective lens. Using a dusty or damaged optical fiber connector will cause serious damage to the laser.
Dotslasr Laser does not assume any responsibility for damage to the laser caused by the use of unclean fiber connectors.If the fiber connector is tampered with privately, the product will no longer enjoy the warranty rights of Dotslaser.
Please wear powder-free gloves or finger cot cleaning products in a hygienic environment. If the fiber connector is damaged due to improper operation or the use of incorrect cleaning procedures or chemicals, DOTSLaser will not provide warranty. When cleaning, the concentration of absolute ethanol must be greater than 99.5%.

Daily maintenance

● Check the lens regularly for dust. When it's clean, use the cotton wool with greater than 95% medical grade alcohol to wipe clockwise from the center of the lens. When you need to move the machine to avoid bumps. Check the connection cable according to the cable list.
1. Quality assurance and after-sales service
The warranty period of the equipment shall be 12 months since the equipment be used by the customers, the installation and debugging is completed and the equipment is accepted by the demander.
