Common problems and solutions of laser engraving machine.
1. No laser output of laser engraving machine :
a. Check whether the optical path of the laser resonator is shifted? That is, open the light path and adjust the full half mirror lens.
b. Check whether the connection between PWM signal and Q drive signal on the laser marking control card is disconnected? Wiring .
c. Check whether the control card is damaged? Replace the card .
d. Check whether the drive mode of the up-to-standard software is correct
e. Check whether the computer is faulty .
f. Check whether the laser power supply is damaged? Change the power supply .
g. Check whether the laser is damaged?
h. Check whether the laser, and full half-reverse are connected.
2.The output laser is very weak during laser marking.
a. Check whether the lens is burned or not ?
b. Check whether the focal length of the marking workpiece is correct?
c. Check whether the water temperature of the laser chiller is too high or too low .
d. Check whether the water temperature of the power supply is working properly or not ?
e. Check whether the lenses are scratched?
f. Check whether the beam path is not adjusted properly?
g. Check semiconductor lasers, full half mirrors .
