3D Laser For Mould Engraving
Products Description
3D Laser For Mould Engraving machine can do some engraving of lettering molds, logo engraving, hardware processing, deep engraving, mold forming engraving, stainless steel molds, titanium steel molds, copper molds, etc. It is a fiber laser marking machine that can achieve three-dimensional multi-surface and large-format marking. Its advantages include high efficiency, high stability, and very low operating costs. It is also equipped with powerful software functions to support three-dimensional drawing editing and importing, and is widely used in industries such as precision molds, lighting, electronic devices, auto parts, and medical devices.

3D laser for mould engraving VS traditional craft
There are three traditional crafts
1.The first is the more common method. Engrave directly on the mold through the engraving machine. This method is usually used when the font or pattern is relatively large. Usually this kind of fonts usually have knives on the surface, and they need to be polished before they can be used. This method is used on less demanding molds, which not only reduces the cost, but is also very beneficial for processing. If it is a small font, use copy milling to process it. The so-called copy milling process is to imitate the font on the plastic board. By imitating the font and copying milling to drive the tool processing, the font error will be relatively small. This method is used more for less demanding molds.

2. The second type of electrode is engraved and then subjected to electrical discharge machining. The cost is relatively high. It is to first take an electrode at the place where the font is to be processed, and then engrave the electrode. After processing, the place where the electrical pulse is obtained for electrical discharge processing, and the font will be left on the surface of the mold after completion. This is also a method. In this way, the typeface is very rough, with fire patterns. Before the laser engraving came out, it was done in this way. Especially the more complicated fonts or patterns.
3. The third is to expose characters, make film, and use potion to corrode to achieve the effect of lettering.

In ordinary small and medium-sized molds, laser engraving is the most common. The laser is used to leave marks on the mold. Usually this method is also called etching. The advantage of this method is that it is faster and can be cured immediately.

3D laser for mould engraving machine is widely used for metal part engraving ,step engraving ,barcode ,logos, date and serial number
