Portable 3D CO₂ Laser Engraver is widely used for engraving on wood, real leather,artificial leather, PU, PVC, ABS, PCB board, various plastic products, textile, cardboard, greeting board, bamboo, rubber, glass, ceramics, gifts, electronics, and so on. It uses a focusing mirror to focus the CO₂ laser beam on the material surface to melt the material, while blowing away the melted material with a compressed gas coaxial to the laser beam, and making the laser beam and the material move relative to each other along a certain trajectory, thus forming a certain shape of the cut.

Features and performance

1. Portable 3D laser engraver adopts imported or China top brand metal sealed-off RF CO₂ laser, with stable and reliable performance, high repeatability and positioning accuracy, fine marking lines.

2. With 3-axis dynamic focus, which makes the laser beam evenly distributed onto working area, the power difference only 5% between center area and edge area.

3. Environmentally friendly and harmless: does not produce any chemical substances harmful to the environment and the human body, and is an environmentally friendly marking method.

4. Extra features are available, such as auto focus to find engraving distance, focus finder, rotary index,flying marking.

5. More wide working area is available, traditional 2D CO₂ laser engraver normally just has 300mm*300mm working area maximum and line width is thick, but portable 3D CO₂ laser engraver can set the maximum working area as 400mm*400mm and with a thin line width. and the engraved text is not deformed.
