Working Environment Requirements
Temperature and humidity control
The jewlry small laser marking machines is recommended that the working environment temperature be 15-30℃ (preferably 20-25℃) to avoid performance degradation of the laser or optical components caused by high temperatures.
The relative humidity should be maintained at 30% to 70% to prevent short circuits or condensation on the mirror surface caused by excessive humidity, while low humidity is prone to static interference.
Power supply stability
A single-phase AC power supply of 220V±10% is required (some models need 380V). It is recommended to configure a voltage stabilizer to avoid voltage fluctuations affecting the stability of laser output. The equipment must be connected to an independent grounding wire with a grounding resistance of no more than 4Ω to prevent leakage or static electricity accumulation from damaging precision electronic components.
Equipment installation space
According to the model size, a flat ground of 0.5 to 2 square meters should be reserved, and it is necessary to ensure that there is at least 50cm of heat dissipation and operation space around the equipment. The weight of the equipment is usually 50 to 150 kilograms and it needs to be placed on a stable shockproof tabletop (such as a marble platform) to avoid vibration affecting the marking accurac.
Exhaust ventilation and air purification
An external exhaust device (with an exhaust volume of ≥200m³/h) should be equipped to promptly remove the smoke or dust generated during the marking process (especially when engraving plastic or leather). It is recommended to use it in a dust-free or low-dust environment to avoid dust adhering to the laser lens or mirror, which may reduce the efficiency of the optical path.
Laser radiation protection
The equipment should be equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover or a safety light curtain to ensure that personnel cannot directly look at the laser beam during laser operation, meeting the Class 1 laser safety standard. Laser warning signs should be posted in the working area, and operators need to wear protective glasses (for specific wavelengths).
Fire prevention and explosion prevention
Avoid piling up flammable items such as alcohol and solvents near the equipment. When marking flammable materials (such as acrylic), strengthen monitoring.
It is recommended that small carbon dioxide fire extinguishers be equipped in the workshop.

Application Area
brand logo
Engrave brand logos, trademarks and company names on the inner rings of jewelry, tags or hidden positions. Enhance brand recognition and prevent counterfeiting.
precious metal
Mark the purity of precious metals (such as "18K", "PT950", "Au750"). Comply with international precious metal marking regulations (such as the EU precious metal marking standards). Sample gold jewelry is engraved with "Au999", and PLATINUM rings are engraved with "Platinum".
simulator
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur, adipisicing elit. Recusandae quaerat modi iusto rem esse obcaecati quidem voluptatum maxime veniam maiores asperiores fugit reiciendis, quasi labore nobis quam eligendi ducimus excepturi?
personalized and customization
Engrave the client's name, commemorative date, and special symbols (such as hearts and zodiac signs) on the wedding ring. Engrave the initials of the couple's names or the wedding date. Meet the demands of high-end customization and enhance the added value of products.
product serial numbel and anti-counterfeiting
Generate a unique serial number or QR code for each piece of jewelry. Combine blockchain technology to achieve anti-counterfeiting tracking. For instance, the back cover of high-end wristwatches is engraved with a unique ID. Scan the code to verify its authenticity.
Luxury brands and high-end watches
Engrave anti-counterfeiting codes or limited edition numbers (such as "1/100") in concealed positions. It meets the anti-counterfeiting and traceability requirements of luxury goods.
package and shipping
packing
Standard container made of corrugated cardboard for packing goods.
shipping
Exclusive use of a full shipping container for one consignee's cargo.
