Working Principle of 250W 3D co2 Galvo Laser
CO2 laser marking machine is a carbon dioxide laser marking machine, which is a laser galvanometer marking machine using CO2 gas as the working medium. The CO2 laser uses CO2 gas as the medium. CO2 and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube and high voltage is applied to the electrode. A glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, so that the gas emits a laser with a wavelength of 10.64um. After mirror scanning and Z axis mirror focusing, under the control of computer and laser marking control card, images, characters, numbers and lines can be marked on the workpiece according to the user's requirements.
"Thermal processing" , laser beam with high energy density (it is a concentrated energy flow) is irradiated on the surface of the material to be processed, the material surface absorbs the laser energy, and a thermal excitation process occurs in the irradiated area, so that the material surface (or coating) temperature rise, resulting in metamorphosis, melting, ablation, evaporation and other phenomena.
