What is laser engraver for stainless steel?

 As far as we all know the laser is invisible and intangible, but it has a fixed wavelength. For example, the wavelength of fiber laser is 1064nm. This wavelength can make it react on specific materials, especially on metals. Stainless steel materials can be very good response, carving out the pattern or shape we need.

This machine is composed of several major components. The first major part of the laser is also called the laser generator, the second major part is called the scanning head, which can control the direction of the laser, and the third major part is called the control card, which can be very good. The fourth major component is the power supply, which supplies power to the first three components. As we all know, electronic components need power to work. The same is true for lasers. It needs electricity to work as welll .

You should be pay attention to:

(1) The lens must be cleaned everyday: bend the lens paper into a few folds and wet it with a few drops of analytical pure acetone; Gently wipe the lens surface with wet lens paper, be careful not to press the lens with your fingers; Repeat several times until the lens surface is clean, no dirt and residual traces left on the mirror; Blow dry with dry air; If necessary, roll the lens paper wet with a few drops of acetone into a rod and gently scrub the lens surface to remove heavy stains.

(2) The reflector lens should also be cleaned to remove dirt on schedule: remove the lens from the frame; Mirror facing up, put the lens paper on the mirror; Put a few drops of acetone on the lens paper and gently pull the lens paper over the mirror; Repeat the above process until the mirror is clean, no dirt and residual stains left on the mirror; Then fit the lens into the lens base.
