Laser Etching tool

The laser etching tool is manufactured and designed by DOTSLASER and is widely used for metal engraving and etching, such as 3D engraving function, step engraving, curve engraving, mold engraving. The tool uses a fiber laser source, a scanning head with longer life span and fast engraving speed. Because of its high absorptivity and low reflectivity to conventional metals, the beam emitted by Laser Etching tool is an ideal light source for laser processing of conventional metals.

Daily maintenance of laser etching tool

To ensure safe operation of the fiber laser marking tool, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply of both the tool and the computer when not in use. When the tool is not active, it's important to cover the field lens to prevent any dust or debris from contaminating the optical lens. Additionally, it's important to note that the circuit is in a high-voltage state while the tool is active, so it's not recommended for non-professionals to attempt any repairs during this time to avoid the risk of electric shock. Let's prioritize safety while using this advanced technology.

Any failure of this tool should immediately cut off the power supply. If the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the lower end surface of the focusing lens.

The lighter ones will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect; the more serious ones will cause the optical lens to absorb heat and overheat and cause it to burst.

When the marking effect is not good, you should carefully check whether the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated. If the surface of the focusing lens is contaminated, remove the focusing lens and clean its lower end surface.

Take care when removing the focusing lens, and be careful not to damage or fall; at the same time, do not touch the surface of the focusing lens with your hands or other objects.

The cleaning method is to mix absolute ethanol (analytical grade) and ether (analytical grade) at a ratio of 3:1, use a long-fiber cotton swab or lens paper to invade the mixture, gently scrub the lower end surface of the focusing lens, and wipe each side. The cotton swab or lens paper must be replaced once. During the working process of the marking tool, the marking tool shall not be moved to avoid damage to the tool.

When power on the green light will turn on ,this mean the whole tool is already got power , so this time opreator can start the computer ,and laser .Next when laser is turning on the redlight is on , which show laser is working , opreator should notic it the radiation of lasers .If the door is opened while laser is working then the yellow light will turn on , it will show the work error is on , which is danger to the worker .
