Application of laser engraving technology in prototype manufacturing scenarios:
1. It is suitable for places where the product surface needs light transmission. (Use transparent materials when making the prototype. After processing, spray paint on the surface, and then use laser engraving to remove the paint in the area that needs light transmission) as shown in the figure below. The digital keypad of the functional machine is laser engraved.
2. The surface of our commonly used aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and plastic materials can be laser engraved with LOGO or numbers. Generally, the laser engraving depth is 0.05MM. The effect of laser engraving is generally faster than silk printing, mainly because it will not fade. For uncolored logos, laser engraving will be selected.
